A Threshold Year: a Reflection & an Invitation
What I’m building with Abre Tu Boca, the Method Manual, and the global Facilitator Training — and how you can help support the next chapter.
Dear friends, readers, and those who have traveled with my work in any form—
As this year closes, I’ve been sitting with the arc of what has unfolded, both in my personal practice and inside Abre Tu Boca. What began years ago as a writing circle in a small room in Todos Santos has grown into something much larger than I ever imagined:
a multilingual movement, a living method, a publishing practice, and a global community of people who are learning how to hear themselves again.
This year alone, Abre Tu Boca…
• launched its first Press,
• guided a four-language writing circle in Leipzig,
• led a six-day residency in Vienna,
• brought its methodology into a local school, and
• trained five new facilitators through direct embodied experience.
And then—something shifted.
I realized that what we are building is not just programming or events, but a lineage. A method that people all over the world are now asking to learn, carry, and share.
Which brings me to the threshold we are standing on now.
2026: The Year the Method Goes Global
In early 2026, Abre Tu Boca will open its first global Facilitator Training Program — the structure that will allow people from around the world to bring this work into their communities.
To prepare for this, I am now writing the Abre Tu Boca Method Manual, the foundational text that holds the philosophy, the techniques, the somatic frameworks, the perceptual training, and the writing practices that make this work what it is.
This book is not just documentation.
It is transmission.
It is the architecture of the next era.
And for the first time, I’m asking for support in completing it.
